We know nobody likes fine print, but even the undead need a legal disclaimer. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our site and our products. By visiting or shopping here, you’re agreeing to these terms. If not, shambling away is your best option.
1. Product Info
We offer a mix of handmade goods and print-on-demand horror merch. We try to keep listings updated, but reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time. Zombies can be unpredictable, and so can inventory.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept major cards and PayPal. All transactions are secure—we promise there are no ghosts in the payment system.

Handmade items ship with tracking. Print-on-demand items may ship separately. Yes, we know it’s weird to get your earrings and your mug in two boxes—but it’s totally normal.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items—no cursed objects though. Check out our Refund Policy for details, and contact us within 7 days of delivery for help.
5. Creative Ownership
All designs, images, and weird little phrases are property of Zombie Emporium. Please don’t steal them. We’re flattered, but also legally prepared.
6. Privacy Stuff
We only collect what we need to fulfill your order and improve the site. No weird tracking spells here. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Zombie Emporium is not responsible for unexpected hauntings, digital glitches, or undead uprisings that result from using our site. Also not liable for anything beyond the physical goods we send you.
